A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR THE VALLEY

The Warner Center 2035 Plan is one of the greenest plans in Los Angeles and it embraces a transit-oriented planning approach.

Promenade 2035 helps meet these goals by:

  • Achieving LEED Silver for all buildings
  • Sharing the benefit of bringing housing, office, retail, entertainment and community open spaces to one location
  • Providing direct access to a major public transportation hub, which has the potential to drastically reduce daily miles driven
  • Capturing and reusing rainwater for irrigation and landscaping
  • Reducing energy usage through a variety of measures including solar passive design, daylight harvesting, natural ventilation, and thoughtful building orientation
  • Investing in parking structures with top floors reserved for open space, vegetation or amenities
  • Building green roofs that are covered with either vegetation or cool roof systems to help reduce energy use
